| Abstract: | The first library history seminar directed by research council of library history was held in Chongqing from October 14 to 18 in 2006. This paper provides an overview of the seminar, involving the history of libraries, book history, and historical figures of library and so on. At last this paper concludes with a discussion of future research consideration on library history. |
