| 摘 要： | 近年来,图书馆转变服务观念,更新思想认识,注重人文关怀,重视安全管理,大多数图书馆都制定了紧急情况下的应急预案。但是面对社会的飞速发展与读者对象的变化,新情况、新问题层出不穷,应急预案在内容、宣传、监督、执行,尤其是演练方面还存在许多问题,必须采取一系列切实可行的措施。只有这样,应急预案才能真正应急。
