| 摘 要： | 全国文化信息资源共享工程这项具有伟大意义的惠民工程,强化了图书馆的服务职能,提升了公益性服务单位的社会形象,特别是成为了新农村文化建设和广大农民经济生活、文化生活中的重要组成部分。为深入开展共享工程工作,要持有变"送文化"为"种文化"的服务思想,要服务于当代农民由"要我文化"为"我要文化"的转变,变"三下乡"为"常下乡"的长远服务战略。

| Abstract: | The National Cultural Information Resources Sharing Project is a great beneficial project which strengths the service function of libraries and promotes the social status of commonweal units.Especially it has become the important part of cultural construction in new rural areas and daily economic life and cultural life of the farmers.In order to further carry out the Cultural Information Resources Sharing Project,we should keep in mind the service sense of "planting" but not "'giving" the culture,serve for the change that "the farmers need the culture" but not "giving the culture to the farmers" and implement the long-term strategy that changing "go to the country" to "go to the country frequently". |
