| 摘 要： | 咨询知识库是供用户查询知识并获得参考服务的平台。目前,图书馆咨询知识库建设在查询利用、更新导航和个性化服务等方面存在一些问题。为了充分发挥咨询知识库这一生长着的有机体的作用、提高咨询知识库为广大用户服务的质量和水平,图书馆应对咨询知识库的内容进行更新维护,选择更合适的分类检索方式,组织相关知识的链接,整合推荐精彩的知识,梳理融会用户的补充反馈。

| Abstract: | Reference repository is a service platform for users to search knowledge and obtain reference services.At present,there are some problems in the construction of library reference repository.For giving full play of reference repository as a growing organism and improving the service quality and level,libraries should update and maintain its content,choose suitable classifying and searching methods,organize related knowledge links,integrate and recommend excellent knowledge,and systemize feedback information. |
