| 摘 要： | 信息弱势群体问题已经成为社会的重要问题,而知识援助是改变其弱势处境与状态的有效方法和途径,但目前有关知识援助的研究和实践难以确保援助的范围和长期有效。就信息弱势群体、知识援助的质量、知识援助的文化及援助的长效性等方面而言,信息弱势群体知识援助职业化很有其必要性。我国应从创新教育模式以培养专门人才、发挥政府的主导作用、政策保证、建立健全知识援助组织、建立职业准入制度等方面加强信息弱势群体知识援助的职业化。
