| 摘 要： | 本文从管理哲学的角度，重新确立了一个图书馆管理系统，在这个系统内，读者具有双重地位，读者既是主体，又是客体，既是管理者，又是被管理者，由此改变了图书馆对读者的绝对管理，体现了以人为本的管理思想，读者地位进一步提高，使之更适应新时期网络时代的图书馆管理工作。

| Abstract: | A new system of library management has been set up in this article. In the system, readers are both subjects and objects, administrative personnel and passive administrative personnel, at the same time, so the absolute management to readers has been changed, which has showed the thought centered on the human beings, Readers position will be improved to apt to the new networks ages. |
