| 摘 要： | 基于对国内有关图书馆核心竞争力的研究综述，认为图书馆核心竞争力是一种深层次的能力，与图书馆一般竞争力之间不仅有量的区别，更有质的区别，若将核心竞争力等同于一般竞争力将会使图书馆核心竞争儿的内容包罗万象，抓不住矛盾的主要方面，制约图书馆核心竞争力的构建：图拈馆的核心竞争力应具备价值性、独特性、整合性等持征，并以这些持征为基点构建出图书馆核心竞争力评价指标。

| Abstract: | Based on the domestic related review of the core competitiveness of the library,the author considers that the core competitiveness of the library is deep-seated capacity,and is different from the general competitiveness of the library not only in quantities but also in qualitative distinction. If we consider that the core competitiveness is equal to the general competitiveness of the library,the contents of the core competitiveness will be all-inclusive;therefore,the main aspects of the core competitiveness can not be grasped,leading to the constraints of the construction of the core competitiveness of the library. The characteristics of core competitiveness of the library should lie in value,uniqueness and integrity,and these characteristics are the basis on which to build evaluation indexes of the library core competitiveness. |
