| 摘 要： | 在多年的理论研究和实践过程中,图书馆界总结和探索了多种绩效评估方法,图书馆绩效评估实践工作成绩斐然。然而,由于对绩效评估基础理论与评估指标体系研究的不足以及实践操作的不规范与不透明,我们必须对前期的评估理论研究、指标体系建立和实际操作过程进行深刻的反思。只有克服评估障碍、充分发挥绩效评估的正面效果,才能促进图书馆事业的可持续发展。
