| 摘 要： | 目前我国人均拥有公共图书馆数量严重不足,无法满足民众日益增长的阅读需求,这为民营图书馆的崛起和发展提供了有利的机遇。但作为新生事物的民营图书馆在运营中也面临着如何定位的问题,内部管理失范和外部相关法规缺失也在一定程度上制约了其快速发展。基于此,民营图书馆应从服务理念、企业文化、管理模式、资金运作等方面探索实现其可持续发展之策略。

| Abstract: | At present, there are not enough public libraries to meet increasing demand for reading in China, which provides opportunities to private libraries. But private libraries face many problems, such as improper location, nonstandard management and lack of regulations, all of which inhibit the fast development of private libraries. Therefore, private libraries should explore the sustainable development strategies in aspects of service view, enterprise culture, management mode and fund operation. |
