| 摘 要： | 运用德尔菲法对高校图书馆对外开放的可行性进行调查得知,高校图书馆对外开放的利大于弊。其对外开放的最佳形式是与公共图书馆实现资源共建共享,开放过程中可能遇到的最大障碍是思想观念的束缚。高校图书馆自身实力的强大是对外开放最重要的条件,完善的规章制度是高校图书馆对外开放的有力保障。

| Abstract: | The survey of feasibility of the opening service in university libraries using Delphi method shows that the opening service does more good than harm,the best opening form is constructing and sharing resources with public libraries,the biggest obstacle is bound to mind,the most important condition is strengthened by itself,and the most effective guarantee is perfect regulation. |
