| 摘 要： | 2010年6月,CALIS医学文献信息中心对全国46所高校医学图书馆继续教育工作进行的问卷调查显示,目前高校医学图书馆员的继续教育方式多种多样,继续教育经费普遍不足,继续教育对象范围狭窄,馆员学习与开馆时间冲突是影响各馆继续教育工作的主要因素。"CALIS全国医学图书馆员继续教育网络课堂"项目自2007年开始运行以来,从多方面解决了高校医学图书馆员面临的继续教育难题,受到各馆和广大馆员的欢迎与认可。
