| 摘 要： | 新生入馆教育可以唤醒新生的信息意识、提高学生的信息能力,促进馆员与读者的相互理解,增加馆员职业素养的内涵、提升专业服务层次。目前,新生入馆教育内容和形式的个性化不足、教师队伍的专业水平不高,并且学生工作管理者和读者在思想上对新生入馆教育不够重视。因此,图书馆应构建基于互联网的适合新生年龄和个性特征的新生空间,以吸引大学新生由了解图书馆走向热爱图书馆,并使其逐步养成自主学习与终身学习的良好习惯。
