| 摘 要： | 长期以来,我国图书馆文献存量追求现象普遍,致使文献存量积累过度。通过对我国公共图书馆文献存量增长与服务增长的动态效率测算可以看出,我国公共图书馆文献存量追求的平均结果是动态无效的。图书馆应综合分析导致文献存量动态无效的原因,充分认识文献存量增长对服务增长的关联与影响,完善图书馆经费体制,调整文献结构,从而提高文献资源质量与服务能力。
