| 摘 要： | 图书馆的现代化既是历史概念也是文化概念。在我国图书馆现代化的进程中,人们片面重视历史进程而忽视了文化内涵的获取、确立。要实现图书馆的现代化,除了必须兴建新型图书馆、建立适应新型图书馆的工作制度、使用先进的技术设备和手段之外,还必须改革图书馆的精神素质,重新塑造图书馆的灵魂,把图书馆变成具有现代文化意义的图书馆。
