| 摘 要： | 泛政府信息的生产主体、存在方式更为多样,文献特征更为丰富。因此,公共图书馆有必要对其进行整合。图书馆对泛政府信息的整合应遵照系统性、时效性、真实性三大原则,以按照内容进行知识组织、围绕政府信息构建知识网络为原则构建其整合的框架,注重描述泛政府信息的特点,充分利用图书馆的知识组织方法对其进行控制,按主题进行聚合,注重信息之间的关联性。
