| 摘 要： | 文章通过分析我国现行公共图书馆评估指标体系,指出我国现行公共图书馆评估制度存在重管理轻服务、重过程轻结果、重普遍轻差异等弊端.针对这些弊端,文章提出了相应的改进建议:在指导思想上,应以服务成效评价为重心;制定公共图书馆服务标准,专门进行服务满意度评价;增设"服务均等化"和"就近服务"指标;设计出"评估标准统一,定级标准有区别"的评估定级方案.
