| 摘 要： | 文章首先界定了图书馆岗位设计以及新型图书馆员的相关概念,然后分析了新型图书馆员产生的背景和动因,接着选择海外国家新型图书馆员岗位设计的具体案例进行了介绍,在此基础上探讨了新型图书馆岗位的发展特征及未来走向。
