| 摘 要： | 文章首先分析了咨询企业的知识特性和知识创新的需求,提出了反向创新和跨界创新可以作为知识创新思路延伸的重要方向.然后分析了咨询企业知识创新的特点和创新动力的阻碍,阐述了反向创新动力对咨询企业知识创新的作用.最后,探讨了在反向创新动力的驱动下咨询企业如何实现跨界发展.
