部分大学图书馆人员结构调查与思考

摘    要:从年龄、学历、知识背景、性别、职称及其他有关方面调查分析了我国华北地区某省的七所大学图书馆人员状况.认为在现阶段存在知识结构缺陷、年龄明显趋同、女性比例偏高等问题,是妨碍提高办馆效益的重要原因。提出重视“次级制度”建设.强化激励、约束机制,关注人员“职业生涯”,通过加强成人学历教育,持续开展岗位培训等方式,提高人员整体水平。

Abstract:The library personnel structure of certain universities in North China was investigated based on the age, academic credentials, knowledge background, sex, professional title and other related aspects. The results show that the objection of knowledge structure, the significant tendency of same age and the high ratio of female in this field are the main inhibition reason for enhancing library work efficiency. This paper puts forward some idea to solve the above problems, include establishing the secondary system, intensifying the strategy of inspiriting and restriction, concerning of occupation, reinforcing adult academic credentials, anti standing post training.
