| 摘 要： | 首先对当前高校人力资源信息管理系统的现状进行分析，指出当前高校人力资源信息管理系统的不足，并对高校人力资源信息库建设的必要性及可行性进行了论述。最后阐述了采用清华同方TPI信息资源建设与管理系统建设高校人力资源信息库的具体做法。
