摘    要:心理契约是联系员工与组织之间的心理纽带,也是影响员工行为和态度的重要因素。图书馆与员工之间存在着相互责任的心理契约。通过对心理契约概念的阐述,探讨了基于心理契约的图书馆人力资源管理方法。

Abstract:The psychological contract is the psychological link connecting the organization with the staff, also is an important factor which affects the staff's behavior and attitude. There are psychological contracts with mutual responsibilities between the library and its employees. This paper elaberates the concepts of psychological contract, and discusses human resource management methods of libraries based on psychological contract.
