| 摘 要： | 随着社会信息化、网络化的发展,图书馆员信息素养日益成为影响图书馆服务质量的关键因素。阐述了信息素养的体系结构,分析了图书馆员信息素养教育的必要性和原则,提出了提高图书馆员信息素养的途径和方法。

| Abstract: | With the development of social informatization and cyberization,librarian＇s information literacy has increasingly become the key factor which influences library service quality.This paper elaborates the necessity and the principles of librarian＇s information literacy education,and brings forward the ways and the methods of improving librarian＇s information literacy based on the analysis of architecture of information literacy. |
