| 摘 要： | 公共文化服务体系建设是我国在新时期开展的文化建设举措。公共图书馆作为重要的公共文化基础设施和公益性文化服务机构，是我国公共文化服务体系的重要组成部分。阐述了中小型公共图书馆在公共文化服务体系中的作用，分析了中小型公共图书馆构建公共文化服务体系的优势．并提出了构建措施。
