| 摘 要： | 现代图书馆管理有别于传统模式下的图书馆管理，须合理利用各种资源实现预定目标。图书馆组建读协会，可充分体现合理利用各种资源这一特点。借助实例从多方面论述了读协在图书馆管理中具有积极作用，应使之成为现代图书馆管理中的一支不可忽视的力量。

| Abstract: | Modern library management pattern is different from that of traditional library,and it refers to the process in which all kinds of resources can be effectively used to realize the expected goals.The aim of the establishment of the library association is to embody its advantages of the effective use of all kinds of resources. This paper illustrates from all kinds of respects, the positive role of the readers'association in library management so that the association can be an important workforce in modern library management. |
