| 摘 要： | 在知识经济时代,知识更新速度加快,图书馆与数据库商、出版商、咨询公司、信息服务提供商等信息服务机构的竞争日益加剧,图书馆要想在激烈的市场竞争中立于不败之地并得到不断发展,就必须打造图书馆的核心竞争力。同时,图书馆作为从事知识资源搜集、整理、保管、传播和利用并为社会提供服务的机构,必然要实现知识管理。通过比较和分析两者之间的关系,提出知识管理是构建图书馆核心竞争力的战略选择。

| Abstract: | In the era of knowledge economy,the update of knowledge is quicker.The competition among the libraries,database producers, publishers,consultants and information service providers is increasing sharply.If libraries want to win the competition,they must construct the core competitive power.At the same time,library,whose duty is to collect,arrange,keep,propagate and utilize knowledge,must carry out knowledge management.By comparing and analyzing the relation of them,this paper points out that knowledge management is a strategic choice to build the core competitive power of libraries. |
