| 摘 要： | 复合图书馆是图书馆在计算机、互联网等新技术推动下，不断生长而形成的一个发展阶段。它对图书馆的管理内容、管理手段、业务功能和服务范围等方面进行拓展，具有传统图书馆无法比拟的优势。复合图书馆的管理比传统图书馆复杂，许多方面都需要进行整合和重组，实施集成管理。
