| 摘 要： | 网上社区信息服务是公共图书馆一种创新服务模式。依据创新扩散理论分析公共图书馆网上社区信息服务发展的影响因素．其中相对优越性、兼容性、可试验性、可观察性、传播途径、社会系统本质、改变组织提升力的程度、创新的决策类型等因素都对公共图书馆网上社区信息服务产生积极作用．只有复杂性对其发展产生一定的负面影响。根据这一分析．中国公共图书馆网上社区信息服务将得到快速发展。
