| 摘 要： | 馆员隐性知识是图书馆的宝贵资源。馆员隐性知识在图书馆内的共享会极大提高图书馆的核心竞争力。阐述了图书馆员隐性知识的含义及具体表现,分析了目前馆员隐性知识管理中存在的障碍,提出了图书馆实施馆员隐性知识管理的有效策略。
