| 摘 要： | 从虚拟参考咨询成为图书馆学和图书馆实际工作研究的一个热点出发，根据对武汉大学图书馆的“网上图书馆”导航所反映的北京、上海、广东三个地区的图书馆网站的网上参考咨询现状的考察以及电话咨询和Email咨询，对网上虚拟参考咨询系统的现状得出了一个概括性的认识．并着重讨论了网上参考咨询系统的建设和实施问题。

| Abstract: | Virtual reference is a hot topic in the research of library science and library work nowadays. The author investigates the virtual reference conditions of the library in Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou according to the online libraries navigation on the4 website of Wu Han University library and also through telephone and E-mail and gets general knowledge of the virtual reference system. In the end this article gives some ideas and some problems which should be noticed in the constructiing and applying the virtual reference system. |
