| 摘 要： | 当今高校图书馆都在向复合型图书馆转变。针对这种全新的图书馆模式，提出改革传统的高校图书馆行政管理模式，建立新型的管理组织，执行网络化的组织结构，实现管理的多元化和个性化，创建网格化管理模式，建立以读者为中心的学习化组织特征。

| Abstract: | Nowadays university library changes into compound library. According to this new library model,this paper suggests to reform traditional library administration model,build a new type of management structure,execute network organization structure, realize pluralistic and personalized management,create grid management model and establish reader -orientated scholastic structure characteristic. |
