| 摘 要： | 介绍了国内外图书馆界开展数字化参考咨询服务（DRS）的基本现状。论述了目前图书馆开展DRS的五种模式：基于电子邮件的数字化参考咨询服务、FAQ咨询服务、实时参考咨询服务、合作式数字化参考咨询服务、白助式参考咨询服务，并指出了DRS的发展趋势。
