| 摘 要： | 我国高校图书馆绝大部分从业人员是女性工作者，研究并强化她们的职业意识对提高她们的素质和图书馆工作水平具有普遍的现实意义。在分析部分高校图书馆女性工作者职业意识现状的基础上，针对性地探讨了调整女性工作者职业意识的对策。

| Abstract: | It has a practical significance that we probe into the woman librarians＇professional consciousness in order to enhance their quality and the library work level because most of the librarians in university libraries in China are women.On the basis of analyzing the current situation of the woman librarians＇professional consciousness,this article proposes how to adjust their professional consciousness directly. |
