| 摘 要： | 在探讨中小型高校图书馆数字资源建设和参考咨询服务现状的基础上,提出了要利用高校丰富的学科专家资源,建立基于专家推荐的参考咨询服务系统,通过建立一套规范制度和激励机制,把学科专家引入到参考服务中,提升参考服务的实力和水平。

| Abstract: | Based on analyzing the present situation of digital resource construction and reference service in the middle or small high school libraries, this paper brings forward an optimal model of reference service: to introduce the specialists of the high school into the DRS system, to adopt a series of regulations and inspiring-mechanism to make them recommend excellent databases,journals and literatures. |
