| 摘 要： | 3G是最近兴起的无线通信技术中的前沿技术,3G在图书馆中的应用将使图书馆信息服务形式和内容产生重大变革。对基于3G的图书馆信息服务模式构建的必要性、可行性以及服务模式进行了分析,提出实现基于3G的图书馆信息服务的策略。
