| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the problem of the sci-tech novelty retrieval and the discipline service in university libraries, elaborates the interlinking between them, and puts forward the pluralism system between novelty-search librarian and discipline librarian through the interaction between the sci-tech novelty retrieval and the discipline service work, in order to improve the level of the sci-tech novelty retrieval and the discipline service. |
