| Abstract: | It is generally believed that people should enjoy equal rights in the human society. However, the fact is that disparities do exist in the enforcement of the reader's rights. This paper not only elaborates the implication, the causes and the negative results of such disparities, but also points out some practicable solutions to the problem. |
