| 摘 要： | 六西格玛管理理论应用于图书馆管理中,可有效地改善图书馆业务流程、提高图书馆服务质量。介绍六西格玛的含义,阐述图书馆引入六西格玛管理的意义,以图书馆文献传递服务为例,应用六西格玛理论设计出图书馆文献传递服务管理流程,提出图书馆有效实施六西格玛管理的措施。

| Abstract: | The application of Six Sigma theory in library management can effectively improve business process and service quality of library.This paper introduces the meaning of Six Sigma,expounds the significance of the application of Six Sigma theory in library management.Taking document delivery service as an example,it designs library document delivery service management processes,and brings forward the effective measures to implement Six Sigma management in library. |
