| 摘 要： | 近年来，独立学院得以迅速发展，然而独立学院在发展过程中出现的问题日益突显，这在一定程度上影响了独立学院图书馆的建设和发展。文章从宏观和微观两个层面，分析了制约独立学院图书馆建设的瓶颈，探究突破制约独立学院图书馆建设瓶颈的对策，以保障其健康稳定持续的发展。

| Abstract: | Independent colleges have recently experienced a rapid development,however,the questions in the development of the college has been protruding with each passing day,which to a certain degree influence the construction and development of the colleges.In order to guarantee the stable and sustainable development of the libraries of the independent colleges,this article makes the micro and macro analyses of the bottleneck and probes into the counter-measures of breaking through the bottleneck above-mentioned. |
