| 摘 要： | 文章对我国财经类10所高校图书馆“学科馆员”建设现状进行网络调查与分析，指出目前存在的主要问题是“学科馆员”建设普及不够、服务缺少个性化，以及管理和培训机制不健全等。针对这些问题，提出高校图书馆“学科馆员”建设应采取的对策。
