| 摘 要： | 文章通过对中国人民大学图书馆低利用率文献的馆藏分析，参考西方先进国家建立文献合作储存的实践，指出低碳时代高校图书馆低利用率文献合作储存的必要性和迫切性，为加速建设具有中国特色的低碳时代高校图书馆低利用率文献合作储存提供参考性构想，提倡图书馆发展也要走低碳经济的道路，即低碳化绿色馆藏。
