| Abstract: | The assessment for librarians is generally regarded as a major issue in the management work of libraries. This essay sets forth the formation and the designing thinking of the quantified indexes of the assessment for librarians, and introduces some concrete methods in implementing these quantified indexes in the course of the assessment. |
