| Abstract: | In the paper,the author expounds the incentive roles-the needs,goals and culture of the libraries from the following three aspects: the integration of library's needs and the needs of librarians'professional careers;the integration of the goals of the libraries and that of librarians' professional careers;and the amalgamation of library culture and the librarians'careers.A new channel to achieve the goals and to meet the needs of librarians has also been presented in the article. |
