论图书馆员职业生涯规划与发展中激励要素的整合

摘    要:从图书馆需要与馆员职业生涯需要的整合,图书馆目标与馆员职业生涯目标的整合,图书馆文化与馆员职业生涯的融合三方面阐述图书馆需要、图书馆目标及图书馆文化在馆员职业生涯规划与发展中的激励作用,并提出满足馆员需要,实现目标的新途径。

Abstract:In the paper,the author expounds the incentive roles-the needs,goals and culture of the libraries from the following three aspects: the integration of library's needs and the needs of librarians'professional careers;the integration of the goals of the libraries and that of librarians' professional careers;and the amalgamation of library culture and the librarians'careers.A new channel to achieve the goals and to meet the needs of librarians has also been presented in the article.
