| 摘 要： | 对于刚升格的高等专科学校图书馆来说，图书馆的文献采访工作往往比较薄弱。文章通过对桐城师专图书馆文献采访工作的现状进行分析，提出了将来一段时间文献采访工作的定位及服务职能，并在此基础上，着重探讨了如何构建以读者需求为导向的文献采访机制，以提高图书馆文献资源的服务能力。

| Abstract: | The acquisition work in the library of Tongcheng College is rather weak for the college has been recently promoted to be a higher institution.Through the analysis of the present situation of the acquisition work in the library,the authors of this article expound the position and functions of the acquisition work in the days to come,and probe into the construction of the reader-oriented mechanism in acquisition work so as to raise the service potential of the document resources of the library. |
