| 摘 要： | 文章首先概括了数字文献资源领域存在的侵犯知识产权的主要现象,分析了数字信息资源侵权现象产生的原因,并对如何遏制和减少数字资源领域的侵权现象提出了诸如完善信息资源立法、强化信息法令法规的宣传和普及、严格执行有关法令法规、从严打击以营利为目的的侵犯知识产权的行为等建议。

| Abstract: | This article summarizes the main phenomena of infringement of intellectual property rights in digital literature resource field,analyzes the causes of the phenomena above-mentioned.In order to restrain and reduce such phenomena of infringement of intellectual property rights in digital literature resource field,the author of this article presents some suggestions: to perfect the legislation against the infringement,to strengthen the propaganda and popularization of the corresponding rules and regulations,to strictly implement the rules and regulations,and to relentlessly attack the profit-oriented acts to infringe intellectual property rights,etc.. |
