| Abstract: | The norms, values, concepts, customs, models, characteristics of the culture of a learning library have gradually been formed. This library culture is characterized with the spiritual features of heritage, independence and long-term. To construct the learning culture in libraries should be started from the promotion of the cultivation of team spirit, and the development of material, institutional and spiritual culture of libraries. |
