| 摘 要： | 随着高校人事制度改革的推进,各高校图书馆在提升自己核心竞争力的同时必然要从更广的角度、更大的范围、更高的效率来配置人力资源,人才租赁用人机制正是其改革的一个亮点。文章简要介绍人才租赁的关系模型,分析了实施人才租赁模式给高校图书馆带来的影响,并提出在人才租赁模式下高校图书馆人才资源构建与管理的具体措施。
