| 摘 要： | 图书馆对知识进行有效的转移是促进知识创新,增强自身核心竞争力的重要途径。文章从知识的转移情景、制度、方向和通道,知识发送方的传递动机和表达（传递）能力,知识接收方的接收动机和学习（吸收）能力,知识发送方与知识接收方的知识相容性,知识转移的媒介和传输途径等方面分析了影响知识转移的因素。
