| 摘 要： | 社会竞争的关键是知识竞争.文章从知识、知识资源和竞争性知识资源的概念分析入手,论述分类重组是大学图书馆竞争性知识资源组织的基本途径,提出针对大学生未来就业需要专设一个"就业竞争知识库".采用不同分类体系类目组配的分类方法,以充分体现知识组织的核心思想.

| Abstract: | The key of competition in society, in a sense, is the competition for knowledge. The article starts from the concepts of knowledge, knowledge resources and competitive knowledge resources, and expounds the basic channels to reorganize the competitive knowledge resources in university library, and puts forward that it is necessary to specially construct the database of competitive knowledge for college students to meet their needs in obtaining occupations. In order to embody the core thinking of the knowledge organization, different classifications should be adopted. |
