| 摘 要： | 学习型社会为图书馆的发展提供了千载难逢的机遇.文章认为图书馆是学习型社会培养人才的教育基地、大众交流中心,是知识创新的源泉与保障,是学习型社会的精神家园.为了图书馆事业的更好发展,应加快立法进程,确立图书馆在学习型社会的法律地位,提高图书馆工作人员的素质,实施知识管理.

| Abstract: | The learning society is a chance to promote the development of libraries that comes once in a thousand years.The author holds that library is an educational base to cultivate personnel for the society,a fountain resource and guarantee of the innovative knowledge,an exchanging center for people,and a spiritual palace of a learning society.In order to develop the library cause,the course of library legislation should be quickened,so as to fix the law position of library in the learning society,enhance the quality of librarians,and implement the knowledge management. |
