| 摘 要： | 目前，我国信息资源共享进程逐步推进，知识产权保护意识日益增强，信息资源共享与知识广：权保护既相互促进又相互制约。通过对信息资源共享与知识产权保护内涵的界定，对我国信息资源共享与知识产：权保护现状的研究，分析相关领域存在的问题，提出相应的建议和策略，力主在对知识产权进行适度保护的基础上，充分保证图书馆在信息资源共享中的特殊地位，促进信息资源共享的发展和完善。

| Abstract: | At present, China＇ s information resources sharing process is developing step by step, and the protection of intellectual property is enhancing day by day. Both information resources sharing and intellectual property protection promote and condition each other. By defining information resources sharing and intellectual property protection and researching the current situation, and analyzing the problems in related fields, the author of this article makes some relevant suggestions, points out the applicable strategies to guarantee the special role of libraries in information resources sharing based on the appropriate protection of intellectual property, to promote the development and perfection of information resources sharing. |
